Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Wild Wicklow Tours (operated by Tony Doyle Coaches Ltd) and guests booking our public tours, private tours, or shore excursions. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.
Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include all applicable taxes.
You will receive a confirmation email with pickup details, itinerary notes, and essential information.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details (date, pickup point, number of passengers) are correct.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non‑refundable.
No-shows on the day are charged in full.
To cancel or amend your booking, contact us by email or phone.

Wild Wicklow Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Your Booking

You may amend your travel date or pickup point up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
Changes requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

4. Pickup Points & Departure Times

Guests must arrive 5–10 minutes before departure at their chosen pickup point.
Tours depart on time; late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
For Shore Excursions, pickup timings align with cruise tender schedules.
Wild Wicklow Tours is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival, traffic delays, or miscommunication of pickup locations.

5. During the Tour

All tours operate in small groups using comfortable, modern vehicles.
Routes may be adjusted based on weather, road conditions, or safety.
Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is not permitted on board.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.

6. Weather Conditions

Wicklow’s weather can be unpredictable. Tours operate in all weather unless conditions pose a safety risk.

Our guides may adjust the route, timing, or viewpoints visited to ensure the best possible experience on the day.

7. Children & Family Policy

Children aged 5 and older are welcome on all public tours.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Child seats are not provided; parents may bring their own if required.

8. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Large luggage is permitted but carried at the guest’s own risk.
Wild Wicklow Tours accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
Personal belongings should not be left unattended at stops.

9. Accessibility

Due to the nature of the landscapes and the design of our small-group vehicles:

Tours are not fully wheelchair accessible.
Guests with limited mobility are encouraged to contact us before booking.

10. Private Tours

Private tours allow for greater flexibility. However:

The final route is determined by the guide based on weather, safety, and time constraints.
Additional activities (such as Hurley Fun) are subject to availability.

11. Shore Excursions

Pickup is scheduled approximately 30 minutes after first tenders arrive.
We provide a return to port in time for your tender back to the ship.
Wild Wicklow Tours is not liable for delays caused by cruise lines or port authorities.

12. Behaviour & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behaviour impacts the safety or enjoyment of other passengers.

13. Photography

Guests are welcome to take photos throughout the tour.
Wild Wicklow Tours may take promotional photos or video; please inform your guide if you prefer not to be included.
